Welcome to the Leeds 'levels of need and service response' guidance
Our aim is to support practitioners in Leeds to develop shared understanding of what we all mean by universal, additional, multiple additional and specialist needs. When linked to the 'Family hub' service directory, the guidance will also help determine typical responses that are promoted as best practice by all our agencies.
Meeting the needs of children and young people cannot be an exact science but we aim to improve and develop the guidance with your help. The content will be developing and improving all the time, but the format will remain the same until Spring 2009. Please support our aim by forwarding your comments and suggestions to cafteam@leeds.gov.uk
